LMEngineering, in principle, handles the processing and management of collected personal information internally. However, if necessary for smooth operation, some or all of the tasks may be delegated to a company selected by us.
06 | Rights of the Data Subject and Legal Representative and How to Exercise Them
As a data subject, the user can exercise the following rights regarding personal information:

In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with the form attached as Annex 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
07 | Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, LMEngineering destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of personal information processing is achieved. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows:

- The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB (or separate documents for paper records) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other related laws, or immediately destroyed.
